Our Policy

CUSTOM DESIGN

Our custom designs include three minor revisions. We cannot make changes once your order is in production. We are not responsible for any errors/mistakes from content of custom orders that you provide. Changes after you signed the Proof Form will be charged $200 and require a new proof. If you decide on an entirely different style after the initial proof has been sent, you will be billed a full redesign fee. We recommend reviewing your proofs carefully for any typos or inaccuracies before signing.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Monitor colors vary depending on the computer. We try our best to match our photos are as close as the true color of the product. Please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. If you would like to see the actual colors in person, please order a sample.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final except for returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items due to damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.

All custom, digital items and personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. You can cancel your invitation order any time before production, although we cannot refund your deposit. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order.
